BEAR is collaborating with local architects Denison & Ho on the gut renovation and addition for this circa 1900 farmhouse bordering 200 rolling acres in upstate New York. An existing dilapidated addition will be replaced with a larger 2-story addition with a new kitchen, dining room, mudroom, pantry, and exercise room.
